  What I love most about this church is that they accept you the way you are & try to inspire you to be everything that Christ has called you to be. So instead of judging & condeming you for your faults, they love on you & encourage you in your walk with Christ. As you grow closser to Christ those shortcomings of yours naturally correct themselves.
  They are a large church so it can be easy to get lost in the crowd, but they do make an effort to welcome & involve new commers.
  No church is perfect, but I can't imagine a better place to call home.

  Sierra Pines Church has been my home for almost 3 years now. From the very first time I walked in they made me feel welcomed. These people whom I had never met before opened their arms and their hearts up to me. I am now very involved in the church. I go to the Wed. morning bible study, I attend almost all of the women's meeting and I serve in the nursery. I have been through some trying times in the past year and my Sierra Pines family was there for me. I am so grateful to God for putting Sierra Pines Church in my path. I can not imagine my life with out it. If you are looking for a church in the Oakhurst area, please stop by, I promise you will not be disappointed.

  I LOVE THIS CHURCH. I used to visit my girlfriend in Oakhurst before I moved up here, and I visited Sierra Pines Church every time. When I decided to move here, a big part of my decision was that I knew I would have a wonderful church with an awesome pastor and warm loving people. I have been coming to church here now every week for 8 years. I couldn't imagine not being here on a Sunday. I had made some really close relationship with people. I have never felt anything but love here. All our pastors are warm and friendly people.
  I wish everybody would experience love through their church like we do here.

  A caring Christian community! In- depth Bible teaching, lots of programs to equip folks to "do life," an excellent youth ministry and mission outreach make this a wholesome body of believers. My husband and I have attended Sierra Pines since 1996 and have been nurtured, taught, encouraged and loved by the pastors, staff and members. Our church family has seen us through hard times and good.

  Home is a place where you can relax and be yourself. It is where you receive unconditional love but with direction for a better life. I happily call Sierra Pines my church HOME. The leaders unswervingly cling to the TRUTH of the gospel and the command to love God and one another and they teach by living their direction. There is a genuine concern for all people of all ages, all social levels, all backgrounds and all countries and they make an attempt to provide programs to accommodate all the needs for growth and outreach. In an insecure and troubled world like this one, we all need a home and I would suggest you visit Sierra Pines where you will feel loved !
